• Description:
• The city of Salo (hereafter the procurement unit / customer) requests bids for the procurement of the renovation and expansion of the Kaivola school and daycare center as a shared contract in accordance with this request for bids and its appendices. The object of acquisition is at Passintie 6, Pertteli, Kaivola school and daycare center to be renovated and expanded. Kaivola's school will be renovated and expanded with a two-department kindergarten wing. The building's building technology will be renewed, as well as the facade surfaces with insulation shared contract, which includes the following contracts: construction contract (main contract) and subcontracts subordinate to it, i.e. LV contract, IV contract, electrical works contract, building automation contract and geothermal contract. The procurement is thus divided into six sub-areas here as described in the request for tender. Sub-bids are allowed, i.e. you can leave a bid in one or more sub-areas. The contract performance includes all the work, materials, procurement and obligations presented in the site's plan documents, unless other things to mention in the plans. The contractor of the construction works acts as the main contractor in accordance with the Land Use and Construction Act. The project must be fully completed by July 3, 2027 at the latest.
