Geothermal contract The city of Salo (hereafter the procurement entity / customer) requests bids for the renovation and expansion of the Kaivola school and daycare center procurement as a divided contract in accordance with this call for tenders and its appendices. The object of the acquisition is the Kaivola school and daycare center located at Passintie 6, Pertteli, which is to be renovated and expanded. Kaivola school will be renovated and expanded in the two-department kindergarten wing. The building's building technology will be renewed in its entirety, and facade surfaces and insulation will be partially renewed. The form of the contract is a shared contract, which includes the following contracts: construction contract (main contract) and subcontractors side contracts, i.e. HVAC contract, IV contract, electrical work contract, building automation contract and geothermal contract. The procurement is thus divided into six sub-areas as described in this call for tenders. Partial offers are allowed, i.e. you can submit an offer together or to several areas. The contract performance includes all the work, materials, purchases and obligations presented in the project's plan documents, unless otherwise stated in the plans. The contractor of construction works operates according to the Land Use and Construction Act as a contractor with a main performance obligation. The project must be fully completed by 10 December 2027 at the latest.
