Description:
The city of Vantaa is tendering for a report related to the preparation of the service network plan for the kitchens. The city of Vantaa together with its subsidiary Vantaa Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy produces a service network plan for kitchens. Vantaa Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy actively participates in the steering group of the survey work. The object of the procurement is a survey to be procured as a consulting service, in which a service network plan for the school, educational institution and daycare center kitchens of the city of Vantaa is drawn up for a period of 10 years. In the plan the city-level kitchen network, its functional goals, and the needs for adding and changing facilities are presented. The work includes an analysis of the current state, definition of the target state and a proposal for the locations, types and cost estimates. The report takes into account the capacity needs of meal production, the production method, investment needs, rental effects and the implementation schedule. The final result of the work will be delivered as a kitchen service network plan for the next 10 years a final report valid for the period, which includes, among other things, the target status of the kitchen network, measures and cost estimates. A more detailed description of the content of the procurement can be found in appendix 2 of the request for tenders. Service description. This is a one-time purchase and a target schedule for the consulting work to be acquired is as follows: • Start of the work during February 2026.• The work must be ready by week 21 of May 2026, when the finished final report will be presented to the project and steering group.
