Description:
The object of the procurement is a sorting return machine with equipment, software and maintenance contracts to be delivered to the first floor of Porvoo's main library (Papinkatu 20, 06100 Porvoo). The city acquires the return machine as its own purchase, and in addition, the subject of procurement is the continuous services related to the sorting return machine and the service and maintenance services of the machine in accordance with the tender documents. The preliminary schedule for the procurement is as follows: signing the procurement contract and ordering the device in week 44, delivery and installation of the device in 2026, user training and trial use of the device in weeks 1-3 in 2027. Bidders are asked for offers for two alternative automatic models (A and B), both of which must be offered with both electric (A1 and B1) and manual return trolleys (A2 and B2).
