• Description:
• The city of Espoo (later also the Client) requests offers for school and kindergarten photography for early childhood education units, elementary schools and high schools in the city of Espoo. The city of Espoo makes the right-of-use agreements with the Suppliers selected based on the tender with The acquisition includes the following areas: - Section 1, Early childhood education units, - Sub-area 2, Basket 1 Espoonlahti area, Sub-area 2, Basket 2 Central and Northern Espoo area, Sub-area 2, Basket 3 Leppävaara area and Sub-area 2, Basket 4 Matinkylä-Olarin and Tapiola area. In addition to sub-area 1, the Bidder can be selected as a Supplier for only two baskets in sub-area 2. A more detailed description of the purchase about the content is in the appendix "Description of the object of procurement". The estimated total value of the acquisition without value added tax (i.e. when VAT is 0%) is €6,500,000. The objective method identified in this procurement for calculating the anticipated value of the procurement is school and purchases of daycare photography (€, VAT 0%) multiplied by the number of contract years (4 years). Early childhood education services are offered in both Finnish and Swedish. Early childhood education units include municipal kindergartens and family and group family daycare and open kindergartens and residents' parks. The customer selects five (5) Suppliers and one (1) back-up Supplier for the sub-region-specific framework arrangement.
