• Description:
• The object of the procurement is the acquisition of school and kindergarten photography for the city of Oulu. The cultural services of the city of Oulu is requesting your offer for photography services for schools and kindergartens (hereinafter also "subscribers") in accordance with this request for tenders and its attachments. This is above the national threshold license agreement. The procurement is divided into four areas; north, south, east and central, to schools and kindergartens in the regions. The bidder can submit a bid for one or more sub-areas. The goal is to find two (2) professional suppliers per sub-area to implement school- and kindergarten shootings. One bidder can be awarded a maximum of two (2) sub-areas in priority order as the 1st supplier. There is no corresponding restriction for the 2nd place. The bidder must indicate in his bid the order of importance of the sub-areas in which the bidder submits a bid. Order of importance the offered sub-areas are indicated by numbering so that the number 1 means the most important sub-area for the bidder. Each offered sub-area must be unambiguously numbered. The sub-areas are compared separately according to the comparison criteria stated in the tender request. The winner of each section is chosen the bidder with the best ranking in the comparison, however, in such a way that no more than two (2) sub-areas can be awarded to one bidder.
