The acquisition focuses on self-measurement stations, related integrations, delivery projects, maintenance and support services, and separately ordered technical expert services. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the measurement stations to be purchased are purchased with a access model and the subscriber does not obtain Measurement stations for their own property. The solution to be acquired may be purchased during the contract period. At first, the acquisition aims at solutions already in production.
The measurement station under procurement enables basic organisms and risk factors for cardiovascular disease monitoring and screening. The measurement station saves time from patients and health care professionals and improves disease prevention. The measurement station should be located in various operating environments for subscriber customers.
