- The sensor acquisition of the office space occupancy monitoring pilot with services and the option Nokia City is involved in the KOPPI: Regional household nests support and piloting for Circular economy green deal commitments project (April 1, 2025-June 30, 2027), which aims to support municipalities in the national circular economy green deal - in setting and achieving goals in Pirkanmaa and Uusimaa. This purchase is planned together with the city of Nokia, which participates in the project, and Ekokampnit Oy (Kiertotalous Pirkanmaa), which implements the project. The cooperation between the city of Nokia and the KOPPI project will be implemented from 1 February 2026 to 31 January 2027 The pilot of monitoring the utilization rate of office premises in the office building. Due to the requirements of the project, the sensors will be leased for one year, and after that the city of Nokia has the right to redeem them for itself separately according to the price given in the offer. All data produced by the sensors must be the property of the subscriber and the interface must be open so that any defined actor can analyze the data. Since the leasing of the sensors is financed as part of the ERDF-funded KOPPI project, all information and data produced through the acquisition must be public in accordance with the requirements of the project's financier.
