Description:
Tuomi Logistiikka Oy will compete for the acquisition of a message brokerage service on behalf of Pirkanmaan Voimia Oy, which will be implemented as a comprehensive overall service (Saas). The Solution/Service to be acquired covers the transmission of purchase and sales invoices and other appendices in the appendices The aim of the electronic messenger, suppliers and customers. Pirkanmaan Voimia Oy aims to obtain a strategic partner to provide a cost -effective, reliable and secure message brokerage service for the contract period. The service must guarantee high usability and reliability for purchase and sales invoices, as well as for other business documents such as orders and shipping lists. Another key requirement is the seamless technical integration of the service in the current and future background systems of Voimia (eg ERP and financial management) and flexible support for the most common national messages (Finvoice, Teappsxml) and the conversions between them. The acquisition is described in more detail in the tender documents below. The acquisition shall be made an agreement that is entered into a valid indefinite period. However, the acquisition will be tendered again at the latest after five (5) years. The supply of the procurement, the anti -VAT value, is approximately EUR 100,000 per year.
