Description:
The well-being areas of Western Uusimaa, Central Uusimaa and Päijät-Häme (later also the subscriber) request offers for the service management system (ITSM and ESM). The contracting entity is the welfare area of the Western Uusimaa, the wellness area of the Central Uusimaa and the Päijät-Häme welfare area. Wellbeing areas are in the same situation with regard to the acquisition of a service management system and cooperation in the acquisition enables better resources for competitive tendering. In addition, it is hoped that the cooperation will bring more interest to system vendors in tendering. The will of the ministries that guide well-being areas is also internal cooperation in system procurement. Among other things, the welfare areas of Länsi-Uusimaa, Central Uusimaa and Päijät-Häme have decided to form a procurement cooperation under section 21 of the Procurement Act. The well -being areas are co -operating and the areas have formed a procurement ring for purchasing.
