Description:
The acquisition is subject to the welfare area of the Eastern Uusimaa welfare area, hereinafter referred to as the subscriber, the social welfare support measures in accordance with Sections 14 and 28 of the Social Welfare Act. Social welfare support services are activities in accordance with the Social Welfare Act (1301/2014). The service will be implemented in the above laws and at any given timeaccording to existing regulations. In this context, a child is referred to as a person under the age of 18 and a young person means a person under the age of 24. Customers are subject to the law on the status and rights of social welfare clients (812/2000). As a subscriber to family services under the Social Welfare Actis the welfare area of the Eastern Uusimaa (also hereinafter referred to as the welfare area). The service is intended for customers in Askola, Sipoo, Loviisa, Lapinjarvi, Myrskyla, Porvoo and Pukkila. In the welfare area of Eastern Uusimaa, services are organized in both Finnish and Swedish.The obligation to organize the welfare area is based on the Social Welfare Act (1301/2014). The subscriber may arrange the services that are subject to the acquisition in different ways, as a purchasing service and as a separate activity. The subscriber does not commit to a certain amount of purchase. Purchasing volumes may change as customer needs changeBoth as organization and their priorities change. The service provider is not obliged to provide the subscriber with a certain amount of service, but the service provider provides the service within the limits of his capacity.
