- The acquisition is subject to the acquisition of social and health care artificial intelligence assistants. The solution is obtained as a software service (ai as a service, aiaas). This procurement will be carried out as a joint acquisition of the welfare areas of Kanta-Hame, Central Finland and Southern Ostrobothnia. Welfare areas have made mutual the implementation of a cooperation agreement.
The solution to be obtained consists of the following areas:
• Solution as a software service (ai as a service, aiaas)
• Delivery and matching of a solution to the subscriber organization
• Solution Support and Maintenance Services
• a resolution of further development and expert services
Solution as a Software Service (AIAAS) includes a solution containing artificial intelligence services and supplying its access rights as a software service where the tenderer is responsible for the data center and capacity services required by the solution. The solution will be submitted License right. The tenderer shall fully own the intellectual property rights of the resolution which is subject to the contract and the intellectual property rights to further develop the targets during the contract period.
