- The object of the procurement is the removal and final processing of special health care waste, data protection waste and a few other waste fractions generated at the facilities used by the Kanta-Hame welfare area.
The procurement is divided into two areas as follows:
Subarea 1 includes the following waste fractions:
- Special health care waste
- Pharmaceutical waste 18 01 09*
- Hospital glass (as medical waste) 15 01 10*
- Cytostat waste 18 01 08*
- Pungent and cutting waste 18 01 01
- laboratory waste
- Amalgam waste 18 01 10*
- Biological waste 18 01 02
- Hazardous waste 18 01 03*
- Other patient waste (may be in the press) 18 01 04
- Chemical waste
- Oil waste
Subarea 2 contains the following waste fractions:
- Privacy waste
- Data protection paper
- Data protection material (diskettes, sticks, etc.)
- Data protection SER
- SER waste (mice, keyboards, coffee machines, etc.)
- Energy saving lamps and fluorescent tubes
- Batteries and accumulators
The scope of the agreement includes properties that are owned by the Subscriber himself or where the Subscriber is renting, but however, is responsible for the waste management of the tendered waste fraction. The number of sites and the fractions of waste generated in certain sites are consumed during the contract period change due to extensive changes in the service network, when the welfare area acquires new properties for its use, gives up the use of properties or changes the way properties are used.
