Description:
The Ministry of Education and Culture (hereinafter referred to as the "Procurement Unit") is requesting your tender for the submission of a report on the linguistic competence of vocational education students in accordance with this call for tenders and its appendices. (under 21 years old) language skills of those completing a vocational basic degree. Linguistic competence is assessed for students in the beginning and end of their studies. The survey produces information about the language skills of students in basic vocational education. The result creates a foundation for the later discussion about the adequacy of the linguistic competence produced by the education, for example when transitioning to working life or further studies, as well as possible further measures for the development of vocational education. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in Appendix 1 of this call for tenders Description of the procurement object. The procurement unit selects one (1) supplier with whom it will enter into a contract. The contract period begins after signing the contract. The goal is to sign the contract as soon as possible after the end of the tender and the waiting period. The report must be ready 31.01.2027 and published in February 2027. The Ministry of Education and Culture (hereafter OKM) acts as the procurement unit, the author of the procurement decision and procurement contract. The Cabinet Office assists OKM in implementing the procurement procedure. The anticipated value of the procurement is approximately 200,000 euro.
