Description:
The object of the acquisition is a software service/tool that supports development and "one-to-one" discussions to support the renewal of Finnvera Oyj's management model. The procurement unit is looking for a software service (SaaS) and related support, maintenance and development services as a tool for development and "one-to-one" discussions. The procurement unit acquires a ready-made software service product on the market that does not require extensive customization in order to be suitable for the purpose During the spring of 2025, we have developed a common management model for Finnvera, which includes management practices and discussions according to the annual clock. Model the goal is to support systematic and high-quality management throughout the organization. However, the current goal and development discussion form used in the HR system does not support the new management model, where the manager and subordinate are expected to have at least eight management discussions during the year. therefore, we recognize the need to acquire a new management tool that supports both target management and forward-looking, continuous management. In addition, the tool must enable effective reporting. The acquired software service must be easy to use and customizable to the needs of the organization. the object and the requirements are described in more detail in the attachments of the request for tender.
