Description:
The city of Naantali is looking for a provider of tourism advisory services as an outsourced service. The purpose of the service is to ensure high-quality, customer-oriented advice for both tourists and local operators, to increase the tourist attraction of the area and to support the sustainable development of tourism. At issue is a national procurement. The service package must include the following: • one (1) physical tourist information point in the city of Naantali - open all year round and accessible by public transport - accessibility must be taken into account at the information point - accessible to the tourist information point if necessary, personal travel advice - physical travel advice opening days June-August (Mon-Sat), January-May and September-December (Mon-Fri); the service provider presents the opening hours it offers, a minimum of 6 hours/opening day (June-August) and 3 hours/opening day (January-May, September-December)• digital travel advice: e-mail, telephone - digital travel advice opening days June-August (Mon-Sat), January-May and September-December (Mon-Fri); the service provider presents the opening hours they offer, a minimum of 6 hours per opening day (June-August) and 3 hours per opening day (January-May, September-December)- the service provider is responsible for all email and telephone costs, including the necessary hardware• Tourism marketing materials produced by the city of Naantali and, where applicable, tourism companies operating in Naantali distribution orv ...
