Description:
The Salo City State Services (hereinafter referred to as the contracting entity/subscriber) requests tenders for the upgrade and installation of the access control system for the Salo City Property in accordance with this invitation to tender and the documents attached to it. The contract period for the acquisition is approximately two years and is expected to start in May 2025. The contract period ends on December 31, 2026. In addition, the subscriber reserves an opportunity for a two -year option period. Option refers to the possibility of extending the contract under original terms. The subscriber will decide on the use and duration of the option separately. The acquisition will be implemented as a contract and a framework arrangement whose terms and conditions are described in the contract procedure.
