- This is a small-scale procurement below the national threshold value. The city of Oulu (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") requests your offer for the event visitor research service in accordance with this request for tender and its attachments. The purpose is to procure high-quality and nationwide comparative studies on the impact of events in the Oulu region. The number of individual events to be investigated per year is at least five (5). Events visitor surveys include planning, organizing, implementing, analyzing and reporting the results. The event's visitor survey examines, among other things:- Event visitor profile (age, place of residence, travel information, previous visits co. at the event, stays, accommodation, with whom visited)- Event-goers' money spent at the event and in the locality- Event-goers' satisfaction with the event- Social impact of the event- Event-goers' mental images of Oulu- Oulu visibility of the city in the event - Up to five (5) customized event-specific questions Prepared by the researcher annual overall report of the material, which presents the results of all events in a comparative form of questions which are the same for all events.
