Description:
The Procurement Services of the City of Turku requests offers from the acquisition of visitors to events for the period 1.5.2025 (target) - April 30, 2027, after which the contract may be extended by two (2) two (2) Options under the order of the subscriber. The acquisition is divided into twoFor sub -entity: 1. General Event Visitor Survey Services 2. Customized Event Visitor Survey Services will be selected for one (1) service provider / sub -unit. The City of Turku leads the development of the event city, enabling and promoting the growth of the event city and coordinatingcooperation in the network of events. The event city is derived from information and therefore it is necessary to create a structure that collects event information and especially the effectiveness of events and enables the event to compare not only at the local level but also nationallyAnd highlight changes in the event of the event. The aim is to use the information to be utilized efficiently and that the organizers of the events are able to utilize accumulated data to develop their own business.
