Description:
The object of the acquisition is the municipal waste management service for Kiinteistoe Oy Korso office center and Kiinteistoe Oy Tikkurila Terveysasema. The properties are located at the following addresses:- Kiinteistoe Oy Korso's office center is located at Naalipolku 6, 01450 Vantaa.- Kiinteistoe Oy Tikkurila Health Station is located at Kielotie 11, 01300 Vantaa. The service under procurement covers the following areas: 1. Emptying waste containers - Regular emptying by type of waste at the emptying intervals indicated in the agreed schedule. - Ordered emptying: to be ordered separately one-time emptyings as needed.- Transporting waste from the property and taking care of it for proper processing. 2. Rental of waste containers - The supplier rents the necessary waste containers for properties. The size and quantity of the containers is defined per object.- Collection tools are included in the service delivery to destinations, regular washing, maintenance and, if necessary, replacement, as well as sacks for bio-waste containers. 3. Reporting - The supplier must prepare a report for each object on a monthly basis. A more detailed description of the procurement object is presented in Appendix 2 Service description. Based on the competition, one will be selected contract supplier. Kiinteistoe Oy Korso Tomistokeskus and Kiinteistoe Oy Tikkurila Terveysasema will conclude their own procurement contracts. The contract period is limited to one year starting on January 1, 2026, after which the contract will continue indefinitely being.
