Description:
The City of Riihimaki (hereinafter referred to as "subscriber" or "contracting entity") asks for your tenders for work guidance services (hereinafter referred to as "subject") in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The target of the acquisition is described in Annex 1 of the invitation to tender. The service to be acquired will supplement the city Self-organized work counseling. Procurement services are a service for personal development of the CPV code (80570000), which is provided for in Article 107 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016) (provisions applicable to the procurement of social and health services and other special services). This is a social and health service under the national threshold service. (Public Procurement Act 1397/2016, Appendix E, Social and Health Services). According to Article 25 of the Procurement Act, the national threshold for social and health services referred to in Article E 1-4 EUR without VAT. The anticipated value of this acquisition is below the set national threshold and only applies to the procurement law, mutatis mutandis. The expected total value of the acquisition throughout the contract period is approximately EUR 120,000. The procurement procedure is an open procedure.
