Description:
The object of the acquisition is the additional usage rights (additional licenses) of the Keycom software product, so that at least 30 users can use the system at the same time. Currently, Pv has five (5) simultaneous user licenses and the purchase has been made until 2030 for the right-of-use licenses and the licensein terms of throughput.
The object of the acquisition is also the FME Flow product related to the Keycom system as additional features, which includes one Engine and maintenance services for the product in question.
The subject of procurement is also expert work for the online information system for the years 2024-2030. Expert Japassignments can include e.g. small development work, further development (e.g. building interfaces between different information systems), training and possible project-based work. Expert services can include, for example, design, specification, consulting, installation, configuration, etcconstruction, testing, maintenance, change and programming work, etc. Expert work is procured at an estimated cost of 300-700/htp during the contract period and the estimate is non-binding.
The contract period starts when the contract is concluded and lasts until 30 August 2030.
OPTIONS:
Additional licenses can be purchased for the system as an optionfurther increasing the number of user rights. In addition, additional system features can be purchased. The supplier will inform 30 users of the additional features suitable for the Keycom system and their prices in their offer, as well as the price of their maintenance, if the pricing is separate.
