Description:
In the procurement, two extensions will be built in concrete structures with a total contract form as mentioned below. A new concrete structure outbuilding will be built on the Martinlaakso kindergarten plot, address; extent about 56 brm2. Before construction, the plot is dismantled existing wooden outdoor warehouse. Rajatorpa school, address, will be expanded with an additional space made of concrete; scope approx. 125 brm2 The type of contract is a total contract, in which the contractor acts as the main contractor/implementer and as site manager, and as a contractor responsible for site services. The customer will procure a separate building automation contractor at his own expense. Schedule goal: Outer building of Martinlaakso daycare center contract period 7/26 - 9/26 Additional premises of Rajatorpa school contract period 6/26 - 12/26 Contractor can present a deviation from the above in the offer completion schedule. The tender request is attached with the items building permits.
