Description:
The acquisition focuses on the overall delivery of the school and kindergarten building to be transferable. As a rental site for rent, the site will be implemented by a SR implementation model, where the supplier is responsible for the design, civil engineering and foundation work, the construction of the premises, the installation, the restoration and the use of the premises, and at the end of the rental period, in accordance with the attached procurement program and other attachment documents. The pavilion buildings will become additional premises for use in basic education and early childhood education with an estimated 800 gross square meters.
