• Description:
• The subject of the procurement are expert services related to the development of the Renki public inquiry system, which are acquired as an additional service from the original supplier. (hereinafter also Renki system or system) development with the current supplier until the completion of the new tender and the transfer of delivery responsibility, so that there is no interruption in the development of the system that would cause significant additional costs as well as substantial harm to the realization of EU-level goals and the fulfillment of Finland's international obligations. The additional services to be procured also ensure the current supplier's obligation to assist in connection with a change of supplier. The total number of essential additional services subject to procurement is a maximum of 3,300 man-days (htp) and a value of a maximum of 1,716,000 euros (VAT 0%). The total value of the additional purchase is therefore a maximum of 50% of the original the scope of the acquisition. The additional purchase is made under the terms of the original tendered service contract (POL-2022-155-Sop).
