Description:
The contract concerns the additional transport of school transport from Tattarahontie to Kasukkala school and Kimpinen school due to the bridge construction site on Hiivaniementie. This is not open public transport transport. A detailed description of the destination and equipment requirements are in Annex 1 of the agreement. The destination is traffic between Tattarahontie and Kasukkala school and between Tattarahontie and Kimpinen school on official school days. The Telkjarvi bridge in Hiivaniementie is out of use during the contract period. Attached is the official detour announced by ELY. The operator can use his discretion and if possible, a short cut and faster detour via Tattarahontie. The transport operator is obliged to use the most optimal route to and from school on time. The most optimal route can also be to take or pick up the student along or near open public transport routes. The operator must prepare for the need for two (2) cars and be able to demonstrate that the fleet has two (2) cars that meet the fleet requirements. At the same time, the number of cars needed in traffic is 1-2, depending on the students' work schedules. The following procedures are followed for school transport:- Pupils are picked up in the morning from their home addresses or other designated pick-up location and transported to school in such a way that the pupils arrive no later than 5-10 minutes before the start of school. j...
