The acquisition is the target of Adobe's resale agreement, where DigiHelsinki Oy acquires the necessary Adobe access rights for the City of Helsinki (sectors, companies, agencies), Korkeasaari Zoo Foundation, Helsinki Metropolitan Area Ltd, Suomenlinnan Liikenne Oy, Ruskeasuon Varikkokinintoistoe Oy, Kiinteistoe Oy Helsingin office premises and Helsingin Obligation Puttepuinti Oy.
The amount of access to be obtained and the products to be purchased may vary during the contract period and the purpose is to If necessary, buy other Adobe products through this contract.
