Description:
The object of the acquisition is the distribution and management services of Adobe user rights in accordance with the contract to be concluded. In the distribution and management service, the Supplier provides distribution channels for Adobe software products and other services in accordance with the agreement to the Subscriber based on the Subscriber's and this Customer's to the purchase programs you use. The administration and education VIP Marketplace purchase programs (GOV and EDU) are in use.
The subscriber has the right to choose and change the purchase program during the contract period, if it is deemed necessary. The supplier undertakes to resell access rights with the purchase programs chosen by the Subscriber, which can be agreed during the term of the contract so that the purchase program starts before the end of the contract.
For the sake of clarity, it is stated that the software products themselves have not been tendered, and the contract is therefore not Adobe's software products, but their distribution and management services.
From the editor Adobe Platinum or at least Gold Certified Reseller status and the right to resell products to GOV and EDU customer groups are required. The subscriber is currently using software licenses belonging to Adobe's VIP Marketplace purchase program, so Special knowledge of the VIP Marketplace purchase program is also a basic requirement. The validity of the usage rights is coming to an end on March 17, 2026 for the administrative side and on June 7, 2026 for the EDU side, which is why the Subscriber is bidding for a new reseller for the usage rights for Adobe products.
