Description:
The Kerttu Saalasti Institute of the University of Oulu requests your offer for the APS (Adult Population Survey) study. The procurement unit selects one (1) Supplier. The aim of the study is to collect material about entrepreneurship in Finland by interviewing approx. 2,000 adult. The Adult Population Survey (APS) is part of the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) project. GEM is an international academic consortium GEM Global Entrepreneurship Monitor https://www.gemconsortium.org/. The GEM consortium in Finland includes Oulu the university's Kerttu Saalasti Institute and Seinäjoen Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (SEAMK). As such, this individual study does not exceed the national threshold value, but with possible options (2027-2029) the national threshold value is exceeded, so the procurement unit is obliged to tender the purchase in accordance with the Procurement Act.
