- This notice is advance notice. This announcement is neither a procurement announcement nor a request for quotation. The publication of the notice does not therefore start a tender.procurement of a repair contract. The implementation model of the project is initially a total contract and the procurement procedure is an open procedure.
The project focuses on the extensive technical and functional basic improvement of the maintenance building and the technical basic repair of the ice rink, which ensures the usability of the following 10 for a year. The sports venue services of the culture and leisure sector are responsible for the use of the buildings.
The gross area of the maintenance building is 2910m2 240m2 (IVKH). The gross area of the ice rink is 3191m2, and the work mainly focuses on the construction of the new IV engine room and smaller repairs to other facilitiesuksi.
A new IV machine room will be built in the maintenance building, and at the same time the entire water ceiling will be renewed. In addition, the existing sub-base structures will be dismantled and rebuilt.
