- This announcement is not a procurement announcement, but a seasonal announcement in accordance with Section 65 of the Special Fields Procurement Act (Act on Procurement and Right-of-Use Agreements of Entities Operating in the Field of Water and Energy Supply, Transport and Postal Services 1398/2016) for the following of the procurements to be carried out during the months. Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy ("KLOY" or "Client's representative") is preparing tenders for three bridge repair and renewal contracts, which include the Kulosaaari metro bridge repair contract, the Naurissalmi metro bridge renewal contract and the Kulosaaari metro bridges repair contract. Each project is tendered as a separate entity. This notice applies to the Kulosaari metro bridge repair work and the repair work of the Kulosaaari metro bridges. REPAIR OF THE KULOSAARI METRO BRIDGE - Tender code 3H26 - The Kulosaaari metro bridge (U-6458) is located in Helsinki on the Kalasatama - Kulosaari metro line between the stations. The Kulosaari bridge is a water bridge that cross Old Kaupunkinselka. The west end of the bridge is located inside the REDI Shopping Center. In the repair contract, the support of the intermediate supports (6 pcs) located at the subway bridge's waterway will be improved with additional piles and sensor castings. The upper part of the bridge deck will be renewed waterproofing and any cracks in the deck are repaired. At the same time, the bolts of the steel frame will be tightened.- The contract will be carried out in 2027 during the metro service interruption.- The Kulosaari metro bridge will be carried out as a complete contract. ...
