• This notice is advance notice. This announcement is not a procurement announcement, nor a request for tender. Thus, the publication of the notice does not start the bidding process. The city of Helsinki's urban environment department is preparing a functional and technical basic improvement and expansion of Drumsoe lagstadieskola/ Foerskolacontract procurement. The implementation model of the project is initially a project management contract and the procurement procedure is an open procedure. In the project, the newest C part of the building, completed in 1987, will be demolished, and a new part and extension will be built in its place. In the older ones, completed in 1930 and 1949, A and B partssa, a comprehensive functional and technical basic improvement will be implemented.
