- This announcement is a preliminary announcement regarding the Kempele municipality's future tender for the right-of-use agreement for the cafe-restaurant services of Kempeletalo. This notice is not a request for tender, and its publication does not initiate a tender. The actual tender for the future procurement will be publishedyntoe later, estimated in April 2024.
Regarding the acquisition, the municipality of Kempele has organized an open discussion session for companies on February 2, 2024, in connection with which the space plan for the Kempeletalo cafe-restaurant has been presented. At the discussion event, the views of companies in the field have been mappedabout the bidding plans for apartment building operations. Participating in the discussion session is not a prerequisite for submitting a request for tender. The actual request for tenders will be published later, and the tenders will be supplemented with information and details related to the tender.
The municipality of Kempele will competeto sign the lease agreement and business license agreement model for the restaurant located in the future Kempeletalo. The comparison criteria will possibly take into account the rent of the restaurant premises, the cost level of the services offered, and qualitative factors. The planned length of the contract periodis three (3) years, after which there is an option for one two (2) year option period.
