Description:
Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka) publishes an advance notice for the tender for Renovation of apartments and public spaces, the estimated publication date of which is between July and August 2024. By using the advance notice, Heka wants to take advantage of the opportunity to shorten the procurement lawoffer period. On the basis of the advance notification, no bids will be submitted and no advance registration will be made for the actual tender. The content of the procurement documents will be refined during spring 2024. A separate Hilma notification will be sent about the actual tender.
The object of the procurement is the City of HelsinkiUnnot Oy's (Heka) repair work on apartments in residential properties in the service areas in the south (Kantakaupunki, Vallila, Laajasalo, Roihuvuori, pikku-huopalahti and kumpula) and the east (Vuosaari, Puotila, Kontula, Siilitie, Kontula and Vesala), which are e.g. different in surface structure and for the equipment of the apartment liinecessary repairs.
The procurement applies to residential apartments and common spaces, such as club rooms, outdoor equipment storage, basement corridors, etc.:
• painting renovations of wall surfaces and wallpapering,
• painting renovations of ceiling surfaces,
• painting of radiators and pipesdoors
• renewal of window and door moldings
, • renewal of door leaves and frames of intermediate doors,
• renewal of floor coverings,
• renewal of kitchen cabinets and fixed furniture and
• other possible works included in the contract.
