• This announcement is a preliminary announcement and an invitation to market dialogue. This announcement is not a procurement announcement, a request for tenders, and the publication of the announcement does not start a bidding process. The purpose of advance notice is to give the market advance information about the future the city of Helsinki's urban environment department is preparing the framework arrangement for building history surveys 2027-2029 (2029-2031). The tasks covered by the framework arrangement are mainly those managed by the urban environment sector Public buildings owned by the City of Helsinki (e.g. buildings in the education and training sector, social and health sector, culture and leisure sector buildings, as well as office and business buildings) are subject to renovation, basic improvement, expansion and new construction projects as well as demolition and sale situations of buildings. The preparation of building history reports before basic improvement projects and demolition and sale situations is an established practice in the City of Helsinki. Building history survey is important and an essential part of the initial data of the project and together it forms the prerequisites for the condition studies, laser scanning inventory and the initial data model for repair planning.
