Description:
The goal of Lapland's welfare area is to acquire a set of security services, which includes locating security bells, security telephone devices and accessories, and an alarm reception service. Security phone users are customers of services that support living at home, such as the elderly, disabled,long-term patients and clients of family care support.
The decision regarding the division of the procurement into parts and the more detailed definition of the parts of the procurement in the procurement notice is still to be evaluated by the procurement unit. The customer asks willing potential bidders to participate in the dialogue. For market dialoguethose interested are asked to register by 13 September 2023 at the latest by email to johannes.syvatera@kpmg.fi.
Market dialogues will be held with potential operators on 19.9.2023, at 8:30 - 12:00 and on 21.9.2023, at 8:30 - 12:00 via Microsoft teams video call. Market navthe negotiations are supplier-specific, and with regard to the market dialogue, there is no general opportunity to present the procurement.
At the event, there will be a discussion about the target of the future procurement and the implementation methods with potential suppliers. If necessary, the dialogue can be continued by e-mail tor in another agreed way.
