This announcement is a preliminary announcement.
This announcement is neither a procurement announcement nor a request for tender. The publication of the notice does not therefore start a tender. The project's preliminary implementation model on overall contract and an open procedure as a procurement procedure.
According to the project plan discussed at the meeting of the buildings and public areas section of the City Environment Board on 30 June 2022, the planned size of the rescue station is 2,389 gross square meters. The building is planned to have 3 floors, and thatwill contain facilities for rescue unit, tank unit and ambulance operations. On the first floor, the building contains vehicle garages and washing facilities and operational background facilities, technical facilities, emergency rooms for the ambulance crew and safety trainers' facilities, as well as publicstate of enlightenment. On the second floor are the operational staff's accommodation, kitchen and dining areas, lounges and social spaces, as well as a gym and a terrace area. On the third floor, there is a large gym, which can also be rented for outside use, and the entire building with approxvelev ventilation machine room.
A more detailed definition of the building will be in the call for tenders, which is expected to be published in early 2023, aiming for the end of January or February.
Construction is planned to start in the summer of 2023 and the goal is to be completed by the end of 2024.
