- This is an advance notice of the upcoming competition. The object of the joint procurement will be medicinal products and products comparable to them. Tendering for medicines is done as a joint procurement of the cooperation area of Eastern Finland. The actual subscribers in the procurement are North Savo welfare area, Central Finland welfare area, South Savo welfare area and North Karelia welfare area. Possible other subscribers will be specified later. The contract period will be temporary and the contract period will start on April 1, 2027. The length of the contract period will be described in more detail in the tender documents. Currently, the preliminary plan is a contract period of approximately three (3) years, including the actual contract period and options. The estimated total value of the joint procurement (actual contract period + option periods, calculated for three years) is approximately EUR 200 million. Estimate of the preliminary schedule (Subscribers and the Customer have the right to change the schedule). Advance notice to HILMA February 2026. Request for information and invitation to register for the information session at HILMA March 2026. Information event April 2026. Publication of the request for tender/procurement notice April/May 2026. Beginning of the contract period on April 1, 2027.
