This announcement is a preliminary announcement regarding the future acquisition of the North Ostrobothnia welfare area (Pohde) Outsourcing of Oulu University Hospital's cafeteria services / license agreement. The announcement is related to the prior information request/market dialogue invitation of the same name published on 8 May 2023 (MonetraTP E41/2023 Outsourcing of Oulu University Hospital cafeteria services).
This notice is not a request for tenders, and its publication does not start a tender. The actual request for tenders for the future procurement will be published later, estimated in April 2024.
Future Hospital OIn accordance with the YS 2030 change vision, OYS is the world's smartest hospital, where the latest technology, modern facilities and up-to-date know-how meet, thus ensuring efficient, effective and the best care in the world. Encounters are also closely related to a smooth service path and a positive customer experienceiset in the hospital cafeterias and seamless cooperation with all the hospital's stakeholders. The hospital treats approximately 250,000 patients annually and is a workplace for almost 7,000 people. When you include patients' escorts, visitors and students in the customer flow, you get quite a lotto the number of potential customers. Currently, the annual turnover of the cafes is approx. €1,300,000, including order catering.
