- THIS IS NOT A PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT NOR A REQUEST FOR OFFERS, BUT AN ADVANCE NOTICE OF THE PROCUREMENT, THE OBJECTIVE OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROCUREMENT, THE SCHEDULE AND AN INVITATION TO A MARKET DIALOGUE. The object of the procurement is the meals and procurement of food services. The procurement follows the law on public procurement and right-of-use agreements (1397/2016, Procurement Act). It is a procurement of special services exceeding the national threshold value in accordance with Appendix E of the Procurement Act, because catering services constitute the main object of procurement based on Section 7 of the Procurement Act. The procurement is carried out as an open procedure. This procurement includes all meals and items within the scope of the food service. Excluding services purchased as a purchase service from an in-house service provider regarding H-hospital and e.g. meal services are included in the round-the-clock care contracts. Lists of destinations are detailed in the procurement notice. Based on the procurement, two (2) service providers will be selected. The procurement is divided into the following sub-areas: Sub-area 1. Hyvinkää and Nurmijärvi Sub-area 2. Mäntsälä, Pornainen, Järvenpää, Tuusula the value for the contract period (calculated as four years) is approximately €26,000,000.
