• Description:
• The University of Oulu and Oulun Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy (hereafter the procurement units) acquire a service provider to implement communication materials for projects implemented with external funding. EU and other external funding projects require, for example, presentation and event materials (e.g. roll-ups, logos, images), social media marketing, web pages, planning, implementation and optimization of digital advertising and possible other communication-related material or help to implement the material. The procurement units' own communication services are responsible for the general appearance of their organizations' communication and the appearance to be followed in the implementation of the communication materials, for which the procurement units have their own guidelines. In addition, there is instructions on project communication regarding different forms of funding should be taken into account. Procurement units reserve the right to tender the advertising agency services of joint projects implemented with other organizations separately, so that all parties involved in the project can take into account. The procurement units do not commit to any minimum order quantities and the contract will not include a quantity purchase obligation. The provider can subcontract part of the services. Annually, the order amounts at the University of Oulu have varied from €50,000 to €100,000. between and at Oulu University of Applied Sciences also between €50,000 and €100,000.
