Description:
The City of Kokkola is requesting offers for advertising and communications agency services and media office services to the city's responsibilities and the specified group companies. On the basis of the invitation to tenderwith the manner described below and as described in the invitation to tender and in its annexes. The services under procurement are divided into five (5) areas: 1. Advertising and communications agency services 2. Graphic design 3.service provider as shown in the invitation to tender. Based on the tendering, the framework arrangement of several suppliers will be formed on advertising agency and communications services and media agency services. Framework arrangement means one or more contracting entities and one or more suppliersIntegrity agreement. The duration of the framework arrangement is a fixed -term two (2) years, after which two (2) options can be extended. The framework for the framework is the City of Kokkola, Kokkolanseudun Development Oy Kosek, Youth Center Villa Elba Oy, KIK Infra Oy, Kokkolan Urikupuisto Oy, TyoelusYhtioet Oy and Kokkola Water.
