The acquisition focuses on advertising and communications agency services for the wellness area of North Savo. The Welfare Communications and Marketing Unit is responsible for the development and implementation of well-being communications and marketing. Advertising and communications agencies are also neededFor different unit -specific needs of multiple units. The tendering is sought for advertising and communications agency partners who are both planning and implementing measures with the Northern Savonia Welfare Area. The acquisition is divided into two parts:
1. Strategic advertising andCommunications Office
2. Implementing advertising agency.
The strategic marketing area may include: planning and implementing marketing and communication strategies, planning, implementing and monitoring marketing campaigns, branding, reputation management, digital channel analytics and measurement, andSocial media development. Tasks may include e.g. Graphic design and implementation for print and digital media, business giftsand the design and implementation of fair materials, content production and animation.
