Description:
The Finnish Border Guard is requesting your offer for decommissioned official vehicles after-processing services From the offices of the Border Guard Service Provider premises and storage, disassembly, removal and proper disposal of official equipment, sale of vehicles in an online auction and accounting of sales proceeds to the Border Guard. Also removal of unsaleable vehicles from the register and delivery a recycling point that issues a scrapping certificate is part of the service. More detailed measures related to dismantling equipment are in the tender documents. Official vehicles are trucks, cars and vans, snowmobiles, ATVs, trailers and boats and special equipment. The number of decommissioned vehicles varies each year. During the last six (6) years, the quantities have been as follows: Cars, average 13.7 pcs/year ATVs, average 3.3 pcs/year Snowmobiles, average 8.2 pcs/year Boats, average 13.7 pcs/year Trailers, average 6.2 pcs/year. The Border Guard does not have a fixed purchase obligation for services, and the contract does not give the Service Provider the exclusive right to produce the service that is the subject of the contract. The contract period begins 01.02.2026 and ends on 31.01.2029. The contract includes option periods for the period 01.02.2029 - 31.01.2030 and 01.02.2030 - 31.01.2031.
