- Provision of procurement and delivery services for aggregate materials 1 May 2026 - 30 April 2028, framework contract tendering. the object is the supply of aggregate material procurement and delivery services to the Customer/entities acting as the customer here under the conditions defined in the request for tenders and its attachments. As a result of the competition, at least (2) suppliers will be selected for the framework arrangement (if there are no bidders who meet the conditions set out in the tender request and its materials for both the tenderer and the tender be less) for the contract period, which starts with the signing of the contract (however in May 2026 at the earliest) and ends on April 30, 2028. The customers are mainly the city of Lappeenranta's urban development department's streets and environment area of responsibility and Lappeenranta City Group's work consortium formed by the City of Lappeenranta's urban development department and Lappeenrantan Energia Oy. Based on the framework agreement and under its terms, aggregate materials and their delivery services are entitled also procure, as necessary, the parties indicated in the section "Customers (Participating entities)". Stone material materials and their delivery services are procured during the contract period, as necessary, from the annual allocations granted by the Lappeenranta City Council within. In the procurement of materials and delivery services, there is no commitment to specific procurement quantities. The city of Lappeenranta reserves the right to request separate offers for large one-off deliveries or otherwise different...
