- The Logistics Department of the Defense Forces (hereinafter referred to as the contracting entity) requests your tender for the acquisition of the Defense Forces "Framework Agreement for Ring and Area Control equipment with services 2025-2029". The acquisition is the subject of a procurement agreement of EUR 8 (8) million euros for 2025-2029.The acquisition has been described in more detail in this invitation to tender and in its annexes. The procurement is carried out as a limited procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Defense and Security Procurement Act (1531/2011). The agreement includes two years of stock options 2028 and2029. The customer may, if they so wish, can be redeemed. The items are located in the geographically decentralized area, so the selectedDuring the contract period, the tenderer must guarantee the geographically comprehensive availability of design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services throughout Finland.
The lengths of the controlled fence lines range from kilometers to about 9 kilometers and there are about 40 destinations around Finland.
