- Daycare center Mustikkatassu owned by Mäntyharju municipality, address Teletie 8, 52700 Mäntyharju Municipality has explored options for increasing cooling in daycare facilities. The implementation has ended up with an air heat pump for selected rooms in the building. The pumps must have both heating and cooling. The work must be completed by mid-June. The work will be carried out as a turnkey delivery and includes: - dimensioning calculations (preliminary estimate: 6 outdoor units + 12 indoor units), sufficient cooling power - the spaces to be cooled are play and rest rooms, so the noise level must be low - design - air pond pumps, SCOP value minimum 4.5 , SEER value minimum 8.5 - Installation of air heat pumps - necessary electrical and cabling work - outdoor units to be installed on its own ground racks-water routing from the outdoor unit away from the building wall, preferably to the nearest rainwater well heated in a culvert-necessary construction and earthwork works with finishing touches-installation and operation of the system verification -user training-maintenance for the first 2 years-warranty min 5 years-automation connection-devices must be Modbus-ready -cabling to the nearest monitoring sub-centre
