REQUEST FOR REQUESTS Stara, the city of Helsinki's construction services company, requests your offer for the stone works in Ala-Malmi park in accordance with this request for tenders and the attached tender documents. The procurement entity is Stara. The procurement will be used by Stara's Urban Infrastructure Construction Department in Ala-Malmi in the stone works of the park. The job site is located in Malmi (38.) district. It is a renovation of a built park in a densely built urban environment. The contract period is limited in different sub-areas on 1.4. - 31 October 2026. The contractor can start work in the sub-areas of the target Staran the degree of completion of the works and weather conditions permitting, estimated at the beginning of May. The object of the procurement is the clay and stone materials in accordance with this request for tender and its appendices, installed on the work site in accordance with the attached work report and plan drawings. The procurement will be carried out as a fixed-price total price contract and one contractor will be selected to implement it. This procurement notice has been sent for publication on 18 November 2025 in the Hilma public procurement notification channel and Tender service, through which the tender must also be prepared and submitted.
