• PROJECT OVERVIEW This purchase concerns the locking and soffit works related to the modification works of the Aleksinkulma basic improvement project. The Aleksukulma building is a building protected by the site plan and all demolition, repair and alteration work must be carried out discreetly, on museum grounds and respecting the existing material and cultural layers. Aleksinkulma consists of several buildings from different eras on the plot at the corner of Aleksanterinkatu and Hallituskatu. "Hansaosa" refers to stone structures part on the side of Hallituskatu and the log-built part of Aleksinkulma means the part located on the side of Aleksanterinkatu. The section from the 1970s located between the previous ones is to be demolished during the project and replaced with a new section. Building is located in the central area of ​​Oulu in a densely built environment, where the adjacent buildings are in use during the demolition work. Special attention is paid to occupational safety. Occupational safety violations and negligence are sanctioned in accordance with the draft contract. The project is the object of Oulu's Tilapalvelut company's own production, where the procurement unit is responsible for contracting the project's main contractor and construction technical works. The locking and bolting work is done as a subcontract. The project Lukkaroinen Arkkitehdit Oy is responsible for the design as overall responsibility design.
