• Description:
• The city of Hamina has decided to build a new Hamina town hall in the vacant service center. The goal is to realize safe, transformation-flexible, healthy indoor air and modernized through space changes and partial renovation facilities. The project includes, among others:  - demolition and renewal of the brick-built facade  - change of purpose of use from a care building to an office building - change of living/care rooms into work rooms  - demolition of the bathrooms of living/care rooms to expand the workrooms  - demolition of the office kitchen and space changes to break rooms  - sealing repairs of sub-floor, intermediate floor and external wall joints  - surface repairs and changes to wall and ceiling surfaces  - demolition work of the current plastic carpet floors and renewing the floor material  - partition changes in accordance with the architect's plans  - locking, door and access control changes to be suitable for office use  - renewals of electrical and lighting systems as required by the purpose of use and space changes in scope  - Changes to the ventilation system to the extent required by changes in space  - Cleaning of the ventilation system and measurement and adjustment work  - Balancing of the heating system - The scope of the object and work will be clarified in more detail from the plan documents.
